Welcome to River Valley Bakery. We are located in downtown Durand along the picturesque Chippewa River and right off its bike trail. Our hours are Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. until we sell out of product (about one or two p.m.).
Along with our pastries, we also make a variety of artisan breads from scratch and use locally produced products as much as possible. We have set our bakery up so when you enter it, you will be able to watch us while we work, and you'll be able to talk with us and ask questions.

We bake a variety of sourdoughs, such as a white Durand sourdough, a cranberry wild rice or cherry pecan. They're all great. Our bird seed bread has become a big hit for folks who like a nice crunchy sandwich bread.
On a warm day you can enjoy a pastry with a free
cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the view.
